Anglers Cove
development started in 1982 with
the final phase completed in 1986. We have 13 acres of land with much of it
bordering the Marco River.
Many owners rent their units through rental agents, however, some rent on their own. Page
five (Rental Information) will provide you with several owners and rental agents that are
willing to provide you with a nice place to stay here at Anglers Cove.
The property consists of 1 & 2 bedroom units with a maximum occupancy of 5 people in a
one bedroom and 6 people in a two bedroom. Most units have sleeper sofas in the living
rooms. All units have full kitchens. The square footage of the units is in the 700
to 800 foot range. Some units have water views while others have pool or island views.
Please note that rentals are only through owners or rental agents. Our office does not
provide rental or sales information. There is a one week minimum rental policy that is
strictly enforced. Leases greater than 3 months will need to be approved prior to
your intended stay.
Any arrangements made with rental agents and/or owners is your responsibility.
Anglers Cove is not responsible for any of your rental arrangements or the condition of
the interior of your unit.
The weather on Marco Island is some of the best in Florida. In the winter months there is
little rain and the temperatures range from in the low 60's to the mid 80's, with an
occasional 40 to 50 degree day. The summer months provide consistent temperatures in the
mid 70's to the high 80's and low 90's. It is very rare to see a day in the 100's.
Marco Island and Anglers Cove is a sub-tropical playground waiting for you to explore and
enjoy it's natural beauty.
